Watch: Sachin Tendulkar’s Deepfake Video, Master Blaster Exposes Mobile App Scam

Sara Tendulkar, who plays it regularly

A fake video of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar endorsing an app called “Skyward Aviator Quest” has been circulating online.

The video claims that the app is a source of income for his daughter, Sara Tendulkar, who plays it regularly. However, the video is not authentic and has been manipulated to make it look like Sachin Tendulkar is speaking.

Tendulkar, the latest victim of the growing deepfake epidemic, called the incident “disturbing” and urged users to report such misinformation.

Tendulkar wrote on his Twitter account, expressing his frustration: “These videos are fake. It is disturbing to see rampant misuse of technology. Request everyone to report videos, ads, and apps like these in large numbers.

“Social Media platforms need to be alert and responsive to complaints. Swift action from their end is crucial to stopping the spread of misinformation and deepfakes.”

The video, featuring a manipulated version of Tendulkar, supposedly endorses the mobile app with claims of financial gain.
