According to an OSEN report, actor Rowoon and Park Seo Ham are in talks for lead roles in the drama. ‘Takryu’, also known as ‘Murky Water’ is an upcoming historical drama on Disney+. Fans are anticipated to see their beloved actors on screen.

‘Takryu’ is a fictional historical k-drama. The story revolves around a man who is a gangster in Han River’s Mapo Port. But, slowly and steadily, he becomes a profound figure of the era.
The series will be directed by Choo Chang-min, who is well-known for his work ‘Masquerade’ (2012), which garnered 12.32 million viewers.
The scriptwriter for the series is Cheon Sung-il, who has delivered mesmerizing K-dramas and films in the past. Some of his renowned k-dramas are ‘The Slave Hunters’ (2010), ‘All of Us Are Dead’ (2022), ‘King the Land’ (2023).
His movies include ‘Pirates’ (2014), ‘Han Gong-ju’ (2014), and ‘Pirates: Goblin Flags’ (2022).
