Alleges Illicit Recording, Revenge Porn by Costars
Former “Vanderpump Rules” cast member Rachel Leviss has filed a revenge porn lawsuit against costars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix over secretly recorded sex videos. The complaint accuses Sandoval of filming explicit content without Leviss’ consent, and Madix of distributing videos from their co-star’s affair with Sandoval.
Seeks Damages for Extreme Emotional Distress
Leviss alleges suffering severe anxiety, embarrassment, and loss of self-esteem from the release of the sex tapes. The scandal went public last March, becoming a central storyline across two Vanderpump Rules seasons.

Claims Costars, Network Silenced Her on Scandal
The suit also asserts Leviss faced gag orders barring her from publicly defending herself amid the fallout. Attorneys say she was forced to “sacrifice [her] mental and emotional health” to protect the show’s ratings.
While admitting her role in the affair with the co-defendant Sandoval, Leviss’ lawyers emphasize the illegal invasion of privacy via secret recordings.
The complaint seeks compensatory and punitive damages and demands the destruction of all illicit videos. The reality star will face her former costars-turned-defendants for an initial July court hearing over the salacious allegations of revenge porn and emotional distress.
