Cybercriminals took advantage of the infamous “Sydney Sweeney Leak” to trick celebrities into visiting dangerous websites promising nude videos. The report stated that most of the ads on X are disguised with short clips and a series of links.
X removed the search for “Sydney Sweeney leaks” When the Times of India tech team did a quick search for “Sydney Sweeney leaks” on X, it returned a message stating: “Something went wrong. “Try reinstalling – Indicates that X is blocking the browsing session. But keywords like “Sydney Sweeney” return more messages with query links.

Ignore ads that show confusing images that appear to contain mysterious images and videos, and ads that offer to click on links will redirect them to a website that will give them access to pencil drawings of the actress. To increase interest, these images can be obtained from other porn sites.
The report stated that these links direct curious users to untrusted websites, making them vulnerable to malware attacks. The links allegedly surfaced on X last week due to the high level of activity around the participating actor.
According to reports, these websites were warned by the antivirus software installed on the devices, indicating security risks related to the websites.
