Rodrigo’s team set up a table inside the venue stocked with condoms, emergency contraceptive pills, and pamphlets with information on how to access abortion services. Concertgoers could walk up and take whatever they needed, no questions asked. The free products were provided by local organizations dedicated to reproductive rights and healthcare access for young people.
An Equitable Future for All
This generous gesture was part of Rodrigo’s ongoing “Fund 4 Good” initiative. For every ticket sold on her global “Guts” concert tour, a portion of the proceeds goes toward organizations fighting for women’s reproductive freedom worldwide. Rodrigo hopes her efforts will help build “an equitable and just future for all women, girls, and people seeking reproductive health care,” as the Fund’s mission states.

Rodrigo has been an outspoken advocate for abortion rights since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last year. At a music festival in the UK right after the ruling, she told the crowd she was “devastated and terrified” that the decision would cost lives.
