Puja Dates and Times:
Observe the half-moon of Narsimha Dwadashi on the twelfth day of Falgun. It is a festival held three days before Holi. This year, Narsimha Dwadashi will be celebrated on March 21. According to Panchang, the ship has departed for Panchang port and is expected to arrive at 2:44 am on February 21.
Rituals:
It is believed that praying on the auspicious day of Narsimha Devadash can help devotees seek the blessings of Lord Vishnu. During Brahma Muhurta, devotees start the day with a holy bath. They then offered flowers, fruits, sweets, coconut, sandalwood, and gulal to Lord Narsingha. Mantra – Ugram veeram mahaavishnum jvalantam sarvatomukham – Read 108 times. Devotees fast on this day.

According to Hindu mythology, Prahlada is a devotee of Lord Vishnu. His loyalty to his master angered his father Hiranyakashipu. Hiranyakashipu believed that he was invincible. He placed Prahlada in the fire and placed him in the Holika flame. But Parada’s passion continues unabated. Then Lord Vishnu appeared in the form of Narsimha and defeated Hiranyakashipu.
