“Family Star,” starring Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur released on the big screens on April 5., 2024. Thanks to the performances of the two leads, this movie is creating quite a sensation.
The romantic family drama received mixed reviews from fans and critics and collected more than Rs 5 billion at the box office on its first day of release. Social media platforms are abuzz with reviews of the film, and now, the video showing Vijay and Mrunal’s hilarious chemistry has also gone viral.
Vijay kept kissing Mrunal, where it was revealed on X (formerly Twitter). The clip shows the actress trying to explain something emotionally to Vijay, who doesn’t like to listen to her, and he kisses her to silence her.

Family Star received a U/A certificate from the Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Directed by Parasuram, the film is a family drama. Before the film’s release, there were reports that the censor board was against using vulgar language in the Telugu romantic comedy.
They asked the “Family Star” producers to describe up to five items used in the film. There are reports of grievances being used in cases in the United States. Star Family is the first on-screen collaboration between Vijay and Mrunal.
The film also stars Abhinaya, Vasuki, Rohini Hattangadi and Ravi Babu. It follows the journey of Vijay and Mrunal, who go through an emotional roller coaster as they try to understand each other’s feelings.
