Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman to endorse Indian brand Micromax

Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman, known for films like “The Wolverine”, “Les Miserables” and “Prisoners” has been chosen over Bollywood star Akshay Kumar as the brand ambassador of Indian mobile maker Micromax.

Micromax in their statement announced that Hugh Jackman is truly an embodiment of the fearless,aspirational and reinventing persona of their brand.

In his statement, Jackman said that being a “huge lover” of India, he is thrilled and honoured on being a part of the brand of Micromax.

He said that both Australia along with India share love for cricket and India is one of the most exciting countries in the world.

Micromax is soon going to launch their new smartphone Canvas Turbo, for which Jackman is getting associated.

The 45-year-old actor is convinced about the new Canvas range’s features which he considers a leap in innovation with great sense of fun.

Previously when he came to India, Jackman was seen shaking a leg with Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Vidya Balan.

He met Bollywood beauty Aishwarya Rai and even expressed his interest in acting in Bollywood movies. Now with this new collaboration, that day doesn’t seem far away.
