Deepika Padukone is expecting her first child with her husband Ranveer Singh and the internet is buzzing with excitement!
On Tuesday, she took to her official social media handle to share a glimpse of her new hobby, embroidery keeping her fans updated on her life.
Deepika posted the picture online showing her work and said she hopes to finish it (“Hopefully il be able to share the completed version!”). Fans loved seeing her new skill, but some also wanted to see pictures of her baby bump.
The big announcement came in February 2024. Deepika and Ranveer shared an adorable social media post with baby-themed pictures, revealing their baby is due in September this year.
Weeks before the announcement, fans speculated about Deepika’s pregnancy based on photos from an awards ceremony. Regardless, the news brought floods of love and congratulations from fans and celebrities alike.
Deepika isn’t letting pregnancy slow her down professionally. Demonstrating her commitment to her craft, she was recently spotted filming for Rohit Shetty’s action movie “Singham Again.” This upcoming role will see her back in a police uniform, showcasing her acting range.
Deepika also has several other projects lined up, including a sci-fi film titled “Kalki 2898 AD” where she’ll co-star with Prabhas. It seems motherhood won’t stop her from continuing to impress audiences with her acting talents.
