Gurucharan Singh, known for his role as Sodhi in the popular TV show “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,” has been reported missing.
His father filed a missing complaint after Gurucharan failed to return from a trip from Delhi to Mumbai. The actor, aged 50, was last seen at the Delhi airport. Concerns rise as his phone remains unreachable and his whereabouts unknown.
The complaint was lodged by Gurucharan’s father, who said the 50-year-old actor had left for the Delhi airport at 8:30 am on April 22 to go to Mumbai.
The complaint read, “He didn’t reach Mumbai; neither has he returned home, and his phone is not reachable. He is mentally stable, and we had been searching for him, but now he has been missing,” the report read.
Family’s Plea:
The family has been searching for him since April 22 when he left for Mumbai. They urge anyone with information to come forward to aid in locating Gurucharan, who is described as mentally stable.
Controversy and Support:
Gurucharan’s departure from the show was previously linked to his father’s health issues. He also faced delayed payment issues, resolved during a controversy involving co-star Jennifer Mistry. The TV community and fans are hopeful for his safe return.
