Amid the allegations, Prajwal Revanna has reportedly left for Germany.
His departure has raised eyebrows, and his family seeks legal protection.
According to The Hindu, an SIT investigation has been ordered, and officials are on duty. If he goes abroad, it is their responsibility to bring him back. What would I say if someone asked me? They (SIT) will arrest him, don’t worry,” he said.
An FIR has been filed against Prajwal under sections 354A, 354D, 506, and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prajwal Revanna is contesting against Congress’s Shreyas Patel in the Lok Sabha elections. This time, JD(S)’s ally, BJP, is out of the fray and has stayed away. The state government has initiated an SIT probe into the alleged sex scandal involving Prajwal Revanna.
