A recently released video from Kota, India, has raised concerns about public safety on the streets.
In the video, the couple is seen making a public display of affection (PDA) while riding a bike. This case demonstrates the dangers of bad behavior on public roads endangering passengers and other drivers. The woman balances precariously on the gas tank and holds the man as he rides his bike. Police traced the name of the motorcycle to Kota RTO. The incident took place near Bundi Road Herbal Garden.
Police filed case against couple
The police filed a case against the couple. The man was identified as Muhammad Wasim (25), a resident of Kaithun town in the district, PTI reported.
Responding to the video, the Kota Police wrote, “The team of Kota City Police Station Nanta arrested a young man and woman who were doing obscene acts on a moving motorcycle. Kota city police is always ready to serve you.”
According to Timesofindia, in another tweet, police said that an FIR has been registered. In this case 122/24 under Section 294A of IPC. The police also took legal action against the accused Mohammad Waseem, the girl and the motorcycle.

The video was located on Kota-Bundi National Highway at Nanta Police Station and police tracked down the boy based on the driver’s license plate. Romantic couple is riding a bicycle. In the video, the woman sitting on the gas tank is seen looking at her partner and they hug each other as they walk. The video went viral on social media, with many criticizing the duo for their bad behavior and violence.
Reacting to the clip, Delhi Traffic Police wrote, ”Thank you, you are requested to report such traffic violation on Delhi Traffic Police Sentinel App.”
