India will face Bangladesh in the 2024 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup friendly match on Saturday, June 1, at the new Nassau County Cricket International Stadium in New York. While the Men in Blue cruised to an easy 60-run win, an issue arose during the match which caught the attention of India captain Rohit Sharma.

In the second innings, India sent out enthusiastic fans rushing to the ground to rush past security and embrace Sharma. Security guards grabbed the fan and pinned it to the ground. But it is the star’s amazing response to difficult times that has won hearts.
The Indian captain knows that the fans do not mean any harm. The 37-year-old man is seen speaking to police and asking them to play it down. The Men in Blue took control of the field after the first bat. Making a comeback after his horrific car accident in December 2022, Rishabh Pant scored 53 runs in just 32 balls. Vice-captain Hardik Pandya played a quick knock of 40 runs, taking his team to 182/5 in the allotted 20 overs.
The momentum came as they were restricted to 122/9 with Arshdeep Singh and Shivam Dubey sharing four wickets.
