The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)
This concept album revolves around Eminem burying his alter ego, Slim Shady, which he had created during his sophomore album, “The Slim Shady LP.” The album features artists like Jelly Roll, JID, and Skylar Grey.
Before releasing the whole album, Eminem released two singles that topped the Billboard Hot 100. The song “Houdini,” which debuted and peaked at No. 2 on the June 15 list, and “Tobey,” featuring Big Sean and BabyTron, which reached No. 27 on the July 20 chart.
