The details are as below

Stimulus Amount: Eligible residents will receive a total of $6,000 over 18 months.
Monthly Payments: Recipients will receive $500 per month until November 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Permanent residents of California.
  • Annual income not exceeding $75,000 for individuals or $150,000 for married couples filing jointly.
  • Filed their 2020 income tax returns by October 21, 2021.
  • Possess a valid Social Security Number.

The reinstated stimulus checks are designed to help cover essential expenses such as food, healthcare, and education. Approximately 8.3 million households across the state are expected to benefit from this critical financial support, according to Marca.
