Aishwarya Rai celebrates Karva chauth via Skype with Abhishek Bachchan

Former Miss World and Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai celebrated this year’s Karva Chauth on Oct 22, 2013 through Skype.

Aishwarya’s husband actor Abhishek Bachchan, was busy shooting abroad. The actress was also joined by her mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan in fasting for their husbands.

Reportedly Abhishek was shooting for “Oh My God” fame director Umesh Shukla’s next film which is titled “Mere Apne”.

Aishwarya made sure that she fulfilled all the traditional duties required for the festive occasion. However her father-in-law, actor Amitabh Bachchan seemed quite amused about celebrating Karva Chath using skype. He took to Twitter to tweet the same.

Meanwhile Abhishek also took to Twitter to post about his first Karva Chauth away from Aishwarya. He tweeted:

Aishwarya was spotted looking pretty in a lime green outfit outside the Bachchan residence in Mumbai. Her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan and mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan were also spotted outside “Janak” home in Mumbai.
