But Avneet’s dress let’s just say, didn’t sit well with everyone.
Avneet Kaur wore a lehenga that was lavishly embroidered in the manner of a navy blue saree. Avneet Kaur’s lehenga featured a thigh-high slit, and the blouse was bold and bralette-style.
Kaur added a diamond bracelet and necklace to complete her ensemble. She also had flawless makeup. She had on pencil heels.

The comments began to pour in as soon as the video got popular. Commenters on social media expressed their distaste of her attire, calling it “vulgar” and unsuitable for the event.
“Body exposing is not fashion,” one user said, while another said, “She’s looking vulgar.” One person commented, “Cheapness not hotness,” while another said, “Ye diwali party me asa lg rha item song pr dance krne aayi h.” Additionally, someone commented, “Nudity is not fashion.” A troll posted, “Body exposing it’s not a fashion I think it’s nudity content.”

At 22, Avneet has made a smooth transition from television to the big screen. She made her Bollywood debut opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Tiku Weds Sheru.
