'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' Vs 'Singham Again': Box-Office Worldwide Collections

This Diwali, “Singham Again” and “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3″ were huge hits at the movie box office. Both movies are doing quite well despite receiving mixed reviews.

The number of visitors has been remarkable. Both movies got off to a great start, but Rohit Shetty’s feature outperformed Anees Bazmee’s. Industry tracker Sacnilk reports that “Singham Again” made a whopping ₹43.5 crore on its first release day.

On its opening Friday, the action movie’s overall occupancy rate in Hindi markets was 65.35%. In the meantime, according to a different report by Sacnilk, Bhool “Bhulaiyaa 3” earned ₹35.5 crore on its first day. On November 1, the film’s occupancy rate increased to 75.3%.

‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’

Madhuri Dixit, Vidya Balan, Triptii Dimri, and Kartik Aaryan all play important roles in “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3”. This movie is the third installment of the well-known horror-comedy series, which debuted in 2007 with the release of the first installment starring Vidya Balan and Akshay Kumar.

In 2022, the second installment was released, featuring Kiara Advani and Kartik Aaryan. Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Murad Khetani produced “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3” under the banner of Cine1 Studios and T-Series Films.

‘Singham Again’

Traveling to “Singham Again”, the movie is a star-studded production. Key parts in the film are played by Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, and Deepika Padukone.

The cast also includes Jackie Shroff, Ravi Kishan, and Shweta Tiwari. This movie is the third installment in the Singham series, which the first two were released in 2011 and 2014, respectively. Along with Simmba, Sooryavanshi, and Indian Police Force, the Singham series is part of Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe.

The Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan film allegedly brought in a staggering 19.78 lacs on its first release day. It has been seeing a lot of family audiences because of the ongoing Diwali celebrations.

However, on the first day, “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3” recorded 15.62 lacs in foot traffic. Regarding individual performance, the Kartik Aaryan film has done remarkably well. Although it was anticipated to do well, its incredible launch exceeded all expectations.

In contrast, “Singham” again took the lead with ticket sales at least 4 lacs higher on the first day.

The first day of the third movie of the “Bhool Bhulaiyaa” series brought in an incredible 36.60 crores, giving Kartik Aaryan the biggest career opening. Even better, the police drama made Ajay Devgn’s greatest opening day with Rs 43.70 crores.
