TMZ reported on Saturday that the media tycoon allegedly hung a lady over a balcony at his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s residence in 2016. It resulted in another lawsuit filed against Diddy. Earlier this week, Bryana “Bana” Bongolan filed a lawsuit against Combs in LA Superior Court, alleging, among other things. It included sexual violence and wrongful detention against the founder of Bad Boy Records. In 2016, at ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s apartment up until present at the New York City residence. A lady claims that Sean “Diddy” Combs was dropping her off over a balcony. Bryana “Bana” Bongolan has filed a new complaint against the notorious music businessman, accusing him of wrongful imprisonment and rape. He is listed among scammers accused of sexual misconduct and fraud.
According to the document, Bongolan states in court filings that she was residing at Ventura’s residence when the alleged event occurred. Bongolan claimed that Combs approached her late one evening and started touching her. According to Bongolan, Combs held her over the balcony, which was 17 stories over the ground. As she tried to turn down his alleged advances. She continues by saying that after pulling her back up, the “I’ll Be Missing You” singer physically attacked her by slamming her into the patio furniture. Bongolan stated that Combs approached her and started molesting her when she was staying at Ventura’s flat.
Another Lawsuit
According to TMZ, Bongolan sued the music producer for $10 million in damages. In a statement to Page Six, Combs’ management said that Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident that they will ultimately prove baseless. He firmly believes that the facts and the justice system are fair. They will reveal the truth in court, proving that the accusations against Mr. Combs are baseless. Eventually, Bongolan said that Combs got her back up and slammed her against the patio furniture.
Combs is still being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York and awaiting his sex trafficking trial in May 5. Authorities arrested him in September on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. Combs is to this date remanded at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn New York. Prosecutors claimed that Combs would be too dangerous to victims if he were freed from jail before his trial, so they rejected bail for the song producer for the third time on Wednesday.
