Ticket sales have started online for the farewell Test match of Sachin Tendulkar, which will be played at Wankhede stadium in Mumbai.
The 200th test match of the maestro, which will be from November 14-18, will be watched by fans, especially as it is Sachin’s home ground.
In a statement issued, Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) said that the Match Tickets for the 2nd Test match between India and West Indies are on sale on the website www.kyazoonga.com from November 11, 2013 – 11 am onwards.
MCA said that around 3,000 tickets are available online in the Rs 500, Rs 1,000, and Rs 2,500 categories. The online booking permits only two tickets per person.
The association did not include around 1,500 special tickets at Rs 10,000 for online sales.
Pick-up counters of tickets would be open from November 12 at the neighboring Mumbai Hockey Association from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
MCA recommended that tickets be picked up before match days to avoid the rush and potential delays on match day.
People who book online need the confirmation page, the credit or debit card used for the transaction, a valid photo ID, and a clear copy of the photo ID.
People need to carry an authorization letter if they are sending someone else to collect tickets on their behalf.
