‘Bigg Boss 7’: Armaan Kohli re-enters the house while Kushal Tandon gets out

Arrested reality show contestant of Bigg Boss Season 7, Armaan Kohli was granted bail by a Mumbai court today and he re-entered the house of ‘Bigg Boss’. The former actor was arrested last night allegedly for physical abuse of a co-contestant, Sofia Hayat on the show.

Armaan Kohli, has been famous for picking fights with every contestant in the house. Following a complaint by an eliminated contestant, Sofia Hayat, he was arrested by Lonavala Police. Miss Hayat alleged that she was on the face with a mop by Mr Kohli on the show during a task.

Armaan was booked under five sections of Indian Penal Code which charged him for causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means, intentional insult to provoke breach of peace, act intended to outrage the modesty of a woman, criminal intimidation and sexual harassment.

Sofia, who was eliminated on December 11, released a statement that she expected that after hitting her, Armaan will be evicted but he was not. She wrote further that Armaan is a very violent person and should not be given another chance to hit a woman. She wanted Armaan to go to jail for a month and be punished.

However the actor was granted bail later and he re-entered the house amid protests of NCP women workers.  Meanwhile as part of mid week elimination, Kushal Tandon got eliminated from the house on Dec 18 in wee hours as part of a task.
