‘Jurassic World Dominion’ Review: The Film Answers Your Dinasaur Questions

Jurassic World Dominion is the next sequel of one of Hollywood’s most famous sequels. The film is scheduled for a June 10, 2022 release in the US.

Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow returns to work on the film, which Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment produce. Trevorrow also exists to serve as an executive producer alongside Steven Spielberg. Producers Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are also reunited. As executive producer, Alexandra Derbyshire joins the team.

Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard play their parts as Dr. Ellie Sattler, Dr. Alan Grant, and Dr. Ian Malcolm, respectively, and are accompanied by Academy Award winner Laura Dern, Golden Globe contender Sam Neill, and Jeff Goldblum.

Mamoudou Athie, Scott Haze, Dichen Lachman, Daniella Pineda, Campbell Scott, Isabella Sermon, Justice Smith, Omar Sy, DeWanda Wise, and BD Wong, who plays Dr. Henry Wu, round out an outstanding global cast.

Emily Carmichael, who co-wrote the “Jurassic World Dominion” script with Colin Trevorrow, joins the Jurassic crew for the very first moment. Derek Connolly and Colin Trevorrow, who co-authored Jurassic World and Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom, created the narrative.

On February 10, 2022, Universal announced its first “Jurassic World: Dominion” trailer. Earlier, a five-minute additional trailer for Jurassic World 3 was shown particularly in front of IMAX audiences of Universal’s F9, when the first clip from “Jurassic World: Dominion” was shown.

The expanded trailer features the movie’s opening, which occurred 65 million years ago, and explains how mosquitos acquired dinosaur DNA for the first time. In addition, during Super Bowl 2022, a new trailer for the film was aired.

‘Jurassic World Dominion’ Plot?

Dinosaurs have broken out on the continent, as Dominion continues the horrors of Fallen Kingdom. In a conversation with Collider, Trevorrow said that Dern, Neil, and Goldblum are equally as important to the film as Pratt and Howard and that the plot takes two parallel paths that will eventually converge. On the other hand, Trevorrow hinted at a global expedition, describing the movie as a “spy thriller adventure” with “a touch of Bourne and Bond” tossed in.
