Congress Leader Sonia Gandhi advocates for immediate organisational reforms

Congress Leader Sonia Gandhi advocated for immediate organizational reforms on Friday, emphasizing that a shift in the grand old party’s operating manner was “the need of the hour.”

Sonia remarked at the start of the three-day Chintan Shivir in Udaipur that “exceptional problems necessitate extraordinary response” and vowed self-introspection to create the necessary adjustments.

Remarks Of Sonia Gandhi

“Our party is facing unparalleled challenges. Extraordinary circumstances necessitate an extraordinary response. I am entirely aware of this. The organisation must alter not only to simply survive but also to progress further. We desperately need to keep improving our strategy. “Sonia emphasized this in her introductory remarks to the 450 participants attending the three-day program.

“We are neither ignorant to the previous setbacks, nor are we naïve to the effort we must begin to win,” she said, stressing that the Chintan Shivir is a critical milestone in the reform’s path.

The Congress leader stated that everyone has assembled to adopt a collective and individual commitment to return the party to its former prominence and perform the role people expect it to play in these “deteriorating conditions.”

Sonia requested all party members to put party development ahead of their personal goals. “The party has given us a lot, and now it’s time to repay,” Sonia told party members.

During her speech, she emphasized the importance of restoration of the Congress, which would require collaborative efforts of all the party members, which could not be neglected.
