Unified Brainz celebrated the glorious careers of prominent leaders from around the globe, leading by example with resilience, diligence, and perseverance on the occasion of World Environment Day on the 5th of June 2022. The launch showcased the first edition of the unique dark mode Coffee Table Book, “Who’s Who of The World,” which was unveiled during its virtual event. This exquisite ceremony saw the presence of trailblazers from various industries who have scaled massive heights of success and have shared their passion journey.

They call her the ‘Brilliance Unveiler’, and for a very good reason! For the charismatic Ena Chartier has made it her life’s mission to help people overcome their fear and reach their highest potential. As the Founder and CEO of ‘Lead For Success’, she has coached hundreds of individuals to reconnect with themselves and their abilities, and achieve a business and life they can be proud of.

Yet, the decision to leave the corporate world was an easy one, she tells us. “I always knew that I wanted to create a bigger impact in the lives of others. But, I didn’t know what that was. I was not fulfilled and I  dreaded Mondays. Finally, I decided to quit my corporate job and become an entrepreneur to work on my terms and help people around the world to own their brilliance, use their unique gifts, and launch a business or be in a career that aligned with their purpose,” she says.

When Ena started facing professional boredom, dissatisfaction and burnout, she did not know how to take the next step. But she stuck on with grit, worked on herself, and turned to a coach to help her discover her purpose and find her calling. Lesson learnt, she continues to improve herself and own her brilliance.

Today, she focusses on doing things that are aligned with who she is, and trains with the best mentors, infinitely happy for having started her own business. “I love the freedom and independence that business allows. And I am convinced that this is one of the best ways to create greater impact in the world. Today I can work everywhere, and with people from all over the world,” she says with content.

As a rare ‘Brilliance Unveiler’, she uses her intuition, background, experience and trainings to help people discover their purpose and go to the next level at work and in personal life. “Everyone was born brilliant. Everyone has gifts and talents.” she opines.

A women’s leader in her field, Ena has perfected the art of balancing her personal and professional life. Married with three children, she also makes herself available for the community. Recently, she was featured in a global women’s magazine. And she continues to be the Founder of Maena – a charity for girls education and women’s empowerment in Ivory Coast.

Ena loves to work with ambitious women who know they want more. Women who want to regain control of their careers, their lives and want to do what they love. She accompanies and encourages them throughout the process. “I support women who really want to change jobs but don’t know where to start, or those who have a lot of ideas but not the confidence to take the next step. Too many women let fear hold them back when they want to make a professional transition. I help these women transition and succeed in an authentic career they love, and unlock their inner leader,” she adds.
