The Telugu movie “Govindudu Andarivadele” starring Ram Charan, Srikanth, Kajal Aggarwal, Kamalinee Mukherjee and Prakash Raj was released in India and across the world on October 1, 2014.
The movie has been written and directed by Krishna Vamsi and Produced by Bandla Ganesh.
The movie was released in around 1200 screens in India and 150 screens in the U.S. In Andhra PRadesh and Telangana the movie was released in 750 theatres, 150 screens in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, close to 85 screens in Maharashtra and 60 screens in other parts of India.
The extended Dasara Holidays of five days is expected to work positively for the movie as their are no other major Telugu releases this week, apart from the Hindi “Bang Bang”.
The first week Box-Office collections is expected to be good.
Ram Charan and Kajal Aggarwal, the hit pair which has already acted in four big and successful movies is expected to give another hit with “Govindudu Andarivadele”.
The distribution rights for Ceded were sold for around Rs. 8.10 crore which is the highest amount for a Ram Charan.
The Nellore region rights were bought by Hari Pictures for Rs. two crores. Asian Movies have the the overseas distribution rights.

The story of the movie revolves around an NRI (Ram Charan) who comes to India and finds that his family has a lot of internal problems, he settles and unites the family. Ths story is not new to the Telugu audience, but director Vamshi is know to make movies with twists and turns.
The reviews of the movies have been coming good so far ging by the tweets of the first day first show veiwers of the film.
