The show ‘Raw Star’ on Star Plus TV channel was supposed to be a musical extravaganza and an amazing and dazzling event.
But everything went wrong on the stage once Gauhar Khan entered. The Big Boss Season 7 winner Gauhar Khan was slapped by a man from the audience.
The model and actress was completely shocked by the turn of events. The man who slapped her was named Akil Malik, aged 24.
He said that he slapped Gauhar for a wearing short and skimpy dress in such a huge show full of people. The Mumbai police have arrested the man. Police have charged him with molestation under section 354 of Indian Penal Court.
According to Police, the man said that being a muslim woman, Gauhar should not have worn such a skimpy dress in public. So to give her a ‘’lesson’’ Akil slapped her.
There were almost 250 bouncers and also 2500 people present in the show. But Akil somehow managed to break all the securities and reach to Gauhar and slapped her.
The man managed to reach Gauhar when she was being escorted to leave the place with the security guards. Gauhar is shocked and she started crying being humiliated badly in the public place.
“A stunned Gauhar didn’t understand what happened. Though the shooting was stopped, Gauhar took a break of an hour to gather her bearings and then reported back on stage to finish the leftover one hour shoot,” a top news daily reports.
Akil Malik was sent to the Boriwali Court on Monday.
