‘Pathaan’ movie review; public response and box office collection prediction

As expected, the first reviews of Sharukh Khans’ upcoming film “Pathan” are coming out positively.

Trade analyst Umair Sandhu was able to watch the film overseas and posted the following on his Twitter handle, “Pathaan has several strengths: An engaging storyline as well as an enthralling screenplay that’s powered with clap-trap dialogues.

#Pathaan is releasing in all formats, including IMAX content delivered worldwide.

Total Runtime – 2 hrs 29 mins. All set for a bombastic opening on January 25th.

“Shah Rukh Khan delivers a terrific performance yet again. Shah Rukh Khan is the real lifeline and treasure of “Pathaan.” He sinks his teeth into the character, peels off the mask of superstardom in several sequences, and brings the actor to the fore.

“Deepika is thankfully not an arm candy. She has a crucial part and even gets to be part of some clap-trap action sequences. John Abraham is fantastic.”

The review added, “On the whole, “Pathaan” is a Masala entertainer that stays true to its genre and delivers what it promises: King-sized entertainment.

“At the box office, the audience will give the film an epic Swagat as it is bound to entertain them thoroughly. This one is a sure-shot blockbuster and nothing can stop it from setting new records. Get ready for the tsunami at the box office.”

According to a recent tweet by Khan, he is looking to watch the movie on day one at IMAx and there is all probability that the actor will watch the film with the audience.
