After the American economy came to a standstill with the deadly pandemic in 2020, stimulus checks became more popular than ever. A few states still have payments due in 2023, even though numerous programs ceased in 2022.
The state of California
In 2022, California authorized $1,050 in inflation relief checks; the majority of payments have already been made. Yet, according to government estimates, 5% of cheques won’t be cashed until January 15, 2023.
But the majority of the payments made under the Stimulus Check 2023 California have reportedly already been phased down, although a small portion of the total payments was not supposed to be given until the middle of January.
$400,000 household income for a family with multiple kids in California and other high tax/ high COL states makes you upper middle class and able to own a home and drive a reliable vehicle, but that is an awfully low number to take about a wealth tax. Add a zero to start

This is why, based on the data from Stimulus Check 2023, those people are probably going to experience unforeseen benefits.
Refund amounts start at $350 and vary based on a variety of elements, such as household size, tax-filing status, and income. Couples with incomes of at least $500,000 and individuals with incomes of $250,000 or more are ineligible.
The state of Idaho
The rebates that Idaho authorized during the 2022 Special Session will be given out by the end of March 2023. The refund is equal to $300 for single filers and $600 for joint filers, or 10% of the taxpayer’s 2020 income tax burden, whichever is larger.
Around 800,000 payments totaling up to $500 million are expected to be sent, according to the state Tax Commission.
The state of New Jersey
New Jersey is delivering a $2 billion rebate on property taxes to two million citizens. Homeowners who make up to $150,000 per year are eligible for $1,500 in rebates, while those who make between $150,000 and $250,000 per year are eligible for $1,000.
As long as they make no more than $150,000 annually, renters are also eligible for $450.
Colorado case
Residents of Colorado who timely paid their 2021 taxes are likely to have already received payouts of $750 for single filers and $1,500 for joint filers by September 30. But, individuals who submitted an extension by the deadline of October 17 might still be holding out for their payout, which is planned to show up no later than January 31, 2023.
Pennsylvania and South Carolina
Stimulus check 2023 Pennsylvania offers a maximum compensation of $650, while South Carolina approved the $800 exemption check at the end of the previous year.
