Rachel McAdams Reveals A Skill That Even Kelly Clarkson Is Envious Of

The host of the famous TV program, “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” opened up to the “Are You There God? It’s Me Margaret” actress on her program on Wednesday, April 26, that she’s always been fascinated by how skillfully Rachel sobs and talks at the same time in films.

McAdam’s Pretty Crying

As per HuffPost, Clarkson also aired a couple of clips from her program in which she laments that she “doesn’t look like Rachel McAdams from ‘The Notebook'” every time she sobs, proving to McAdams that she has been trying to discover her secret for years.

McAdams responded by saying, “I’ve practiced in front of a mirror for a very long time.”

When she discovered that McAdams needed to hone her art, Clarkson seemed relieved, but this was short-lived as McAdams immediately said,” No,” inferring she was being sarcastic.

She even went on to joke that she was teaching a master class in pretty crying.

McAdams told Clarkson that she had no idea she looked like the polar opposite of Kim Kardashian when she cried and that she doesn’t “feel like it’s pretty.”

McAdams Credits Her Skill To Demi Moore

However, McAdams also provided a notion as to how she manages to pull it off, giving credit to another actor(Demi Moore) who does have a fantastic crying face, in her opinion.

As she grew up watching Demi Moore in “Ghost,” she was aware of the fact that “that [one] tear where nothing else is moving [in her face] is like an actress’s… mecca.”

McAdams’ audition tape for “The Notebook,” which took over the internet by storm due to the success of that movie, demonstrates her innate ability to cry and yet look fantastic.
