The Nothing Phone (2), the successor to the Nothing Phone (1), is expected to launch in India this summer. The smartphone has been teased on Flipkart, revealing some key features and design elements. The Nothing Phone (2) will be a premium device with a transparent rear panel and a unique Glyph Interface for notifications. The phone will also sport a powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and a 120Hz AMOLED display.

According to the Flipkart teaser, the Nothing Phone (2) will feature a 6.55-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The display will have a 120Hz refresh rate and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, a flagship processor with 5G and satellite connectivity support.
The Nothing Phone (2) will come with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone will run on Android 13 with nothingOS on top, offering a minimalistic and user-friendly interface. The phone will also have a 5,000mAh battery with fast charging support.
Nothing Phone (2) camera and design
The Nothing Phone (2) will sport a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor with OIS and two other sensors for wide-angle and telephoto shots. The phone will also have a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
The most striking feature of the Nothing Phone (2) is its transparent rear panel, which showcases the phone’s internal components. The phone will also have a Glyph Interface, a strip of LED lights that can display different patterns and colors for notifications and alerts. The phone will have an aluminium frame and glass panels on both sides, giving it a premium look and feel.
