Delhi will play India Red at Indore in the NKP Salve Challenger Trophy 2013 match on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2013.
In the first match between India Blue vs Delhi, inspite of a fiery half century by former Indian opener Virender, Delhi was unable to chase a modest total of 270 runs set by the Blues. They were all-out by 252 runs, losing by just 18 runs.

India Red won the toss and elected to bat first. Gautham Gambhir is playing todays match for Delhi.

In the second high scoring match that was played today between the India Blue vs India Red, there were close to 700 runs scored.

The Blues batted first and scored a mammoth 345 runs. Red chased valiantly but fell short by just 11 runs. They were able to score 334 runs losing nine wickets.

Earlier batting first, skipper Yuvraj Singh who is eying a comeback to the Indian national squad, smashed 84 runs in just 53 balls. He hit six boundaries and five huge sixes in his innings.

Today’s match between India Red vs Delhi is a virtual semi-finals. The team that wins today will take on the India Blue in the finals on Sunday.
