Scotland Defeat West Indies by 48 Runs to Keep World Cup Hopes Alive;

Harare, Zimbabwe – Scotland defeated West Indies by 48 runs in their Super Six match of the ICC World Cup Qualifiers on Saturday.

Scotland won the toss and elected to field first, and the decision paid off as they restricted West Indies to 220-9. The West Indies’ top order struggled, with only Shai Hope (57) making a significant contribution. The bowlers used the conditions well, with Safyaan Sharif (3-32) and Mark Watt (2-31) being the pick of the bowlers.
