‘Aur Purii Duniya Ko Chahiye Sirf SRK’; Alia Bhatt Says after Her Name Taken in ‘Jawan’ Trailer

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has responded to her reference in the trailer of the upcoming film “Jawan”.

In the trailer, released Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023, Shah Rukh Khan’s character is seen holding a group of people hostage on a subway train. When a police officer asks him what he wants, he replies, “Chahiye toh Alia Bhatt.”

Bhatt took to her Instagram Stories to share the trailer and write a message for Khan. “Aur poori duniya ko chahiye sirf SRK!!!” she wrote, which translates to “The whole world only needs SRK.” She added, “What a fabulous, fabulous trailer. 7th September is toooooo far away.”

The Jawan trailer has been met with positive reactions from fans and critics alike. The film is directed by Atlee and is scheduled to be released on Sept, 7, 2023.

In addition to Khan and Bhatt, the film also stars Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, and Sunil Shetty. It is produced by Khan’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment.

Jawan is Khan’s first film since the 2018 release of Zero. He has been away from the big screen for a while due to his son Aryan Khan’s drug case. However, he is now back in action and is gearing up for a busy year. He has several other films in the pipeline, including Pathaan, Dunki, and Project K.
