Ivan Bianco is a Brazilian blockchain gaming-focused YouTuber who runs the Fraternidade Crypto channel.
Around $60,000 worth of cryptocurrencies and several NFTs were stolen after hacking the cryptocurrency wallet in real time this week.
Bianco explains in press conference
During the press conference, Bianco opened a document allowing unknown persons to check his wallet, announcing his sentence and alleged theft of his money.
Fraternidade Crypto has around 34,000 YouTube subscribers and over 2.2 million views across all videos since 2017.
In the next post, Perdeu cries, explaining what happened to the audience.
He said he tried to create a new wallet when he realized he had disclosed his word, but the crypto money in both wallets was taken within minutes.
According to the publisher, 3.35 ETH ($5,750) of the stolen money is still locked in another wallet at Arbitrum.
Other users also steal other small amounts of cryptocurrencies. Bianco confirmed via email that it had lost approximately $60,000 worth of tokens, including NFTs, to Decrypt.
Bianco reports to the police
Protos reported that Bianco reported the incident to the police after losing the money. The YouTuber confirmed that he spoke to the police in an email to Decrypt. “The police don’t know much about this, so I think it will take time,” Bianco told Decrypt.
“I need to find him personally and with the community.”After the money was stolen, Bianco said an unknown man contacted him via Discord.
They contacted him by phone, and Bianco pleaded with the man, saying that the YouTuber had stolen the cryptocurrency and regretted what he had done.
“He said ‘I pulled over and I know what I did was dangerous'” and Bianco made a statement after the incident.
After the call, he stole most of the Fund’s wallet and returned 86,600 MATIC to Bianco.
