Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri’s “The Vaccine War” released its much-anticipated vision on Tuesday.
Starring Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda, and Pallavi Joshi, the film is said to be India’s first bioscience film and is a true story. The film is about the struggle of Indian scientists during the Covid-19 epidemic.

The trailer begins with Nana Patekar leading a group of scientists who embark on an extraordinary journey to develop India’s first vaccine against Covid-19.
From financial constraints to bad news, scientists face it all. The trailer also mentions the number of female scientists working on vaccines.
Anupam Kher plays the role of Prime Minister. Raima Sen plays a journalist who aims to tarnish the image of anti-indigenous medicine and the government. The trailer also includes scenes with lines from Mahabharata.
