Alzheimer’s is a disease that has been quite painful for its carrier. A disease makes it quite difficult for a person to live a normal life. Many famous people have been living with this disease, and it looks like Chris Hemsworth can be a part of it. Australian actor and Hollywood superstar Chris Hemsworth has recently shared how he’s changed his life after discovering he has a higher risk of Alzheimer’s disease. He’s at high risk because of his genes. He learned about this during a genetic test for a National Geographic documentary called “Limitless.”

The documentary has Chris he was shocked to find out he has two copies of the APOE e4 gene. This gene can increase the chances of getting Alzheimer’s. This has made been think deeply about his life and how should plan his life and do the needful work for his life to stay healthy. Now in an interview with the popular platform Men’s Health, Chris said that how these results have made an impact to him and how he’s trying to stick to his exercise to keep his body healthy.

He’s doing physical activities

He has started to do meditations and certain breathing exercises, these includes having sauna baths and also ice bath sessions. This according to him, gives him mindfulness when he puts him into physical activities. These activities allows him to be completely health and be positive. He also have surfing with him which is his favorite activity which allows him to think positive and have great peace of mind.
