Attorney Acknowledges About Disclosing Videos of MAGA Allies Opposing Trump: Photo and Video Goes Viral

Video Leak Compromises Election Subversion Case, Prosecutors Ask for Seal

During a Wednesday “emergency” court hearing that included a stunning admission by a defense attorney, Atlanta prosecutors, who are assembling a case to imprison Donald Trump for his attempts to rig the 2020 election, are frantically trying to halt leaks to media before they go to trial. They are pleading with the judge to intervene.

Leaked Video Sparked In Media

Attorney Jonathan R. Miller III, who is defending a fired county election worker accused of participating in Trump’s efforts to influence Georgia elections, disclosed that he was the source of the video leak that sparked a media frenzy earlier this week.

As part of their recent plea pleas to turn against Trump, former MAGA-loyal attorneys Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis revealed damaging information to prosecutors in tapes released by ABC on Monday. Today’s court session resulted from Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s team’s prompt and urgent motion to the judge to shut off access to materials discussed between law enforcement and defendants prior to trial.

Until one defense attorney spoke up, more than a dozen defense attorneys representing several of the 19 defendants in the case alternated in agreeing to keep things quiet for the time being.

The American public’s growing interest in the historic case, which could force the front-runner Republican presidential candidate into a protracted criminal trial right before the election in 2024 and possibly put him in jail regardless of the outcome, was aroused by his shocking admission.

When the judge questioned Miller about why he thought it was appropriate to release the proffers, which are basically sit-downs with prosecutors that resemble confessions, Miller justified his decision by claiming that the recordings filled in any gaps in the public’s understanding of the case.
