BTS Jungkook’s new look surprises fans as he shaves his head

BTS fans are in for a roller coaster of emotions as the group’s members shared some major updates on their personal and professional lives. In their latest live broadcast, Jungkook revealed that he had shaved his head, V talked about his plans to join the special force, and RM and Jimin expressed their gratitude for their fans’ support.

Jungkook, who is known for his long and luscious hair, surprised everyone by showing up with a buzz cut. He explained that he wanted to try something new and that he felt more comfortable with short hair. He also said that he was inspired by his fellow member Jin, who had also shaved his head before enlisting in the military.

Talking about their new look, V said, “The last time I cut my hair this short was in middle school.” “I’m interested to see how Jimin’s hair will be because it’s currently blonde,” said RM as Jimin is yet to dye and chop his hair. Park Jimin replied, “I’m gonna quietly go in and go out… I don’t want to show you my shaved head self.”

“To be honest I already shaved my hair,” revealed the youngest member of BTS. While the BTS leader called it ‘cute’, the Love Me Again singer added, “I did a video call with him (Jungkook) the other day and was shocked to see how short it is.” 

V, who is expected to enlist next year, shared that he had applied to join the special force, which is a highly selective and rigorous unit of the military. He said that he had passed the physical test and was waiting for the results of the interview. He added that he wanted to challenge himself and do something meaningful during his service.

RM and Jimin, who were hosting the live broadcast, thanked their fans for their love and support, especially after their recent Grammy nomination. They said that they were proud of their achievements and that they hoped to perform on the Grammy stage next year. They also teased some upcoming projects and collaborations that they were working on.

The live broadcast ended with the four members singing some of their songs and interacting with their fans through comments. The fans expressed their admiration and excitement for BTS and wished them all the best for their future endeavors.
