Bejoy Nambiar is the director and the film’s stars are Harshvardhan Rane, Ehan Bhat, T.J. Bhanu, and Nikita Dutta. “Dange” hit theatres on March 1.

Storyline of ‘Dange’

The film is set against a lovely college festival as a backdrop and promises to take its viewers on a ride, exploring the delicate intricacies of friendship.

The plot revolves around the lives of Xavier, Yuva, Rishika, Gayatri, and Ambika, students of St. Martin’s University in Goa. St. Martin’s University students are represented as the typical collegegoers in Bollywood movies who are ultra cool and sophisticated.

The students spent their time doing drugs and engaging in college fights. They believe in fighting against injustice and punishing wrongdoers. Xavier, one of the lead characters in the movie, is on a mission to take down the guy who molested and abused his friend.

Gayatri and Ambika believe in upholding justice, and they take another enthusiastic student named Siddhi into their group. Yuva and Rishika are just regular students who go to college to have fun and chill out with their friends, but later on, find a meaningful purpose to put themselves to better use of society.

Impressive perfomance by the cast and crew members

Harshvardhan Rane has done wonders in portraying the role of Xavier. Xavier is a character with a lot of depth and subtlety, and Rane perfectly brought him to life on screen.

Ehan Bhat, as Yuva, was equally compelling in his role. Nikita Dutta, as Rishika, impresses the audience with her acting prowess. Rishika is loud and bold yet empathetic. It was fascinating to watch TJ Bhanu in yet another challenging gender role! Taniya Kalrra and Zoa Morani were brilliant too.
