Our sexiness is not just what is at the surface level but rather it is our attitude, the way we behave, and our talent.
The theme for 2024 Smart and Sexy Day is “Maximum Uplift”, focusing on unemployment in the job market and encouraging people to overcome it to acquire a suitable lifestyle for themselves.
How it all started
Smart and Sexy Day has a very meaningful story!
It all begins with the Alliance of Career Development Nonprofits (ACDN) deciding to create a day that would encourage people, especially women to reflect on themselves. It is not an idea to look pretty and desirable but to accept oneself and be confident in one’s skin. They wanted to motivate women to be confident in both their professional careers and personal lives.
“Smart&Sexy”, one of the largest privately held lingerie companies, shows support for this initiative taken by ACND. And thus, Smart and Sexy Day came into being.

You can attend an online workshop and brush up on your soft skills which would help you become a confident individual.
You can also gather with your mates and go out on lunch, celebrating your success and achievements throughout the meal.
