The wait is over! The 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is set to begin on 22nd March 2023, with a grand opening ceremony followed by a cracker of a match between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

The festivities kick off at Chennai’s iconic MA Chidambaram Stadium, also known as Chepauk, around 6:30 PM IST.
Get ready to treat your eyes to a jaw-dropping event with the speculations that the event will have some of the biggest superstars from the Indian entertainment scene.
The stage will witness the blending of two musical masters, Sonu Nigam, and AR Rahman. They will entertain the audience with country-inspired tunes and inspirational songs.
Sonu Nigam will set the patriotic mood as he steps in to sing for the first time in the IPL match tonight. People might start to get into the mood to support their team, which will be a very good thing.
While Rahman the legendary singer will be on the stage with his musical reputation, the crowd will be moved by his harmony that will make them the favorite.
On the other hand, the fact that the rumors have been around that there would also be Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, the Bollywood superstars who will perform a short scene from their upcoming movie, ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ has raised the bar even more for this event.
The show will take only 30 minutes. It will have a mix of Bollywood songs, along with musical duets that will leave you stunned.
