Anupama gets upset over trolling.
Anupama faced some harsh criticisms ever since the release of the movie’s poster. She was seen in an intimate close-up shot with the actor with a bare back. She remained absent during the pre-release event for the movie. Her co-actor Siddhu explained her absence and said – “People have talked a lot about the film’s posters. I understand we are actors and a lot of things are said about us. But having said that, I feel that when we talk about women, we need to be careful. Even in real life, if you talk or flirt with a woman, she should be comfortable with it, right? The same goes for actors, it’s quite sensitive. So, let’s maintain a healthy atmosphere.”
He further said that Anupama’s feelings were deeply hurt by the way people lashed at her regarding the posters, and thus, she got upset before the event. He said – “I told her it’s okay if she doesn’t come to the event because her feelings are important.”
