Maharashtra Board result 2024 passing criteria
After the announcement of the results for the 2024 Maharashtra board examinations for classes 10th and 12th, students can view their scores from the official websites at mahresult.nic.in and mahahsscboard. in.
Around 26 lakh candidates have appeared for the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) Class 10th and 12th exams held in March. Students must keep their admit cards in handy or note down their roll numbers to view their mark sheet.
The passing criteria for both Maharashtra standard 10th and standard 12th exams are a requirement to secure a minimum of 35 percent marks in each subject, failing which students have to retake their exams. The 35 percent mark cut-off is applicable for both theory and practical examinations for all subjects, be it main or optional.
Maharashtra SSC (Class 10) Results 2023
In 2023, 15,29,096 candidates appeared for Maharashtra SSC(class 10), out of which 14,34,898 students cleared the exams, taking the pass percentage to 93.83%. Impressively, a total of 151 students have succeeded in achieving a perfect score. Divisions like Latur, Aurangabad, Konkan, Pune, Amravati, and Mumbai were top-notch in their performance.
Maharashtra HSC (Class 12) Results 2023
The pass percentage for Maharashtra HSC (Class 12) Results 2023 was 91.25%. Girls succeeded the boys in terms of securing better marks with a pass rate of 94.73%, while the boys managed to secure a pass rate of 89.14%.
