Rajinikanth’s ‘Kabali’ opens to a breathtaking start all across the world

A two-minute intro scene from the Rajnikanth starrer ‘Kabali’, that is meant to be released on 21st July, has been leaked.

Sources say that the leak might have originated from the Gulf region. This is indicated by the fact that the subtitles in the video are in Arabic.

Ironically, UAE is one of the first countries that will screen the film, in shows starting just after 6 pm on the given date.The video shows Rajnikanth’s character exiting from prison.

The star watched the special screening of the film with his daughter in Virginia (US), on Wednesday.
The south superstar’s latest pictures Kochadiyaan and Lingaa were massive flops in the box office.

However, where there is Rajni, there is hype. The fans and critics are anxiously waiting for the movie to release soon.

Plot of ‘Kabali’

The ‘Thalaivar’ (as the superstar is called by his fans in the south) will be seen in two looks in the film. Firstly as a young Kabali, alongside with Radhika Apte playing his wife.

Secondly, the older Kabali who has spent time in jail. The story spread is large and includes a star-studded cast such as Dinesh, John Vijay, Kalaiyarasan , Rithvika, Nasser, Dhansika along with Kannada actor Kishore.

A surprising cast involves Winston Chao playing the villain. Malaysian award-winning actor Rosyam Nor also has a big part.

Ranjith, the director has used the same technical crew that helped him with Madras. The composer is Santosh Narayanan and the cinematographer is G. Murali.

The entire budget for the film has exceeded Rs. 100 crore and is supposed to release in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Malay, Chinese and Thai.

It was released across 4,000 screens, worldwide. The advance booking reports show that the theaters in Chennai are houseful, already.
