One such romantic comedy film is “Rose Rosy Te Gulab,” which will be released in theatres on 9 August 2024.

Plot

The film follows the love story of its main lead Gulab, who is desperate to find love. He takes advice from his friends and finds himself stuck in a love triangle among the other female leads Rose and Rosy. Will Gulab now choose between them, or face rejection from both?

The movie is set in the local environment of Punjab, which gives it a homely feeling.

Cast

The cast includes singer and actor Gurnam Bhullar, who plays the main lead of ‘Gulab’ in the film. He has also produced the film. Mahi Sharma is seen as ‘Rosy’, whereas Pranjal Dahiya, popular for her appearances in music videos of Haryanvi songs like “52 Gaj ka Daman” and “Kaleshi Chori,” will be seen playing the character of “Rose Kahlon.” Amrit Amby and Harby Sangha also make an appearance in the film.

The movie “Rose Rosy Te Gulab” is directed by Manvir Brar and written by Preet Sanghreri. Aashu Munish Sahni and Gurnam Bhullar produced it.

The most popular song from the film is “Gabru Gulab Warga,” which is sung, written, and composed by its lead actor, Gurnam Bhullar. Gaurav Dev and Kartik Dev provided the music.

Reason of delay

The film “Rose Rosy Te Gulab” was set to release on 24 May 2024 in India. However, this couldn’t be possible. The lead actor, Gurnam Bhullar, took to social media to inform the fans about this.

He stated the reason for the delay to be Karamjit Anmol, who is also part of the film. Karamjit Anmol had been contesting in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections from Faridkot on Aam Aadmi Party ticket. The film could not be released in India as per its schedule due to Guidelines from the Election Commission and Censor Board.

The film is set to release on 9 August, and the cast has been promoting it throughout the country.
