World Cup 2023: ICC rules out Bangladesh hosting Pakistan’s matches

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has denied Pakistan’s request to move some of their matches to Bangladesh due to security concerns and political tensions with India. All matches in the 2023 World Cup will be played in India, with adequate security arrangements for the Pakistani team and fans. The tournament will feature ten teams, with the top seven in the ICC ODI rankings qualifying automatically and the remaining three teams decided by a qualifying tournament in Zimbabwe. The 2023 World Cup will be held entirely in India from February 9 to March 26, 2023.
