The Rath Yatra, an important event for Jain devotees, featured an intricately decorated chariot carrying the idol of Lord Mahaveer through the streets of Pitampura. Thousands of worshippers gathered to witness the sacred journey, offering prayers and chanting devotional hymns.

Speaking at the event, CM Rekha Gupta expressed her admiration for the Jain community’s dedication to spiritual and cultural heritage. “The Rath Yatra is not just a religious event but also a symbol of unity and devotion. I feel privileged to be part of this remarkable tradition,” she said.

Organizers reported an estimated 25,000 attendees, with volunteers ensuring the seamless execution of rituals and crowd management. The Rath Yatra included stops at five major temples in Pitampura before concluding at the main Mandir with a grand aarti.
