South Africa A have won the toss and have opted to bat

South Africa A struggled early after opting to bat against India A in the first unofficial ODI at Rajkot. By the seventh over, the visitors were reduced to 21 for 4, with Indian pacers Arshdeep Singh and Prasidh Krishna wreaking havoc.

Arshdeep struck twice in his opening spell, while Krishna added one more wicket, leaving South Africa A reeling. Dian Forrester and Sinethemba Qeshile were at the crease, trying to rebuild after the collapse.
