Precision driving is coming to the Garden City. The “Wizards on Wheels” rally, officially titled The 41 India National TSD Car Rally, is set to take over Bengaluru on March 29, 2026. Organized by Bengaluru Wizards 263 and Tangents 43, this high-stakes event brings together “41ers” and their families from across India for a day of mechanical strategy. Punjab & Sind Bank is backing the event as the main sponsor. March 23, 2026.

What is the TSD Format?

Forget the finish line. We saw that in a TSD (Time, Speed, Distance) rally, the winner isn’t the fastest driver, but the most accurate one. It is a precision event where teams must maintain a specific average speed over a set distance. Each car starts at a 1-minute interval, following a “Tulip Map” that guides them through secret checkpoints. Speed/60 is the only math that matters here.

The briefing starts sharp at 8 AM morning at Patel’s Inn Club, RT Nagar. Do not be late. If you miss the briefing, you miss the route details and the secret to following the odometer markers. We talked to the organizers who confirmed that only 50 cars can participate on a first-come, first-served basis. Every driver must bring an original license to clear the registration desk.

Mastering the Rules of the Road

Penalties are harsh for the impatient. For every minute you are late, you lose 1 point. However, arriving early is twice as bad, resulting in a 2-point deduction. Missing a Marshal post entirely is a massive 15-point hit to your scorecard. Precision is key; you must pull to the side and wait for the Marshal to sign your card without blocking the road.

This is a family fun event, not a race. Any rash driving or “zigzag” maneuvers at checkpoints will result in a 10-point disqualification. Winners are decided by the lowest penalty points accumulated across the sectors. Registration is now open for all 41ers and Tangents across the country looking to test their focus.
