Hubballi Gokul Road SSK Samaj to Host Mass Upanayana Ceremony

HUBBALLI – The Hubballi SSK Samaj is preparing for a meaningful cultural milestone as the S.S.K. Gokul Road Panch Samiti (R) and the Gokul Road Mitra Mandali finalize arrangements for their 7th consecutive Mass Upanayana program (ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಉಪನಯನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ).

The ceremony, which has become a vital annual tradition for the community, is scheduled to take place on Thursday, May 7, 2026. The event will be held at the Sri Ganapathi Temple premises in Ravi Nagar, Gokul Road, beginning at 11:30 AM. This year’s proceedings are organized in collaboration with the Khode family of Bengaluru.

Divine Presence and Distinguished Guests

The spiritual atmosphere of the event will be graced by the “Divine Presence” of Sri S. S. Tarachand Maharaja from the Sri Rama Kuteera Ashram in Athani. Sri Swamisa L. Khode, Chairman of the A.B.S.S.K. Samaj, Bengaluru, will officially inaugurate the program.

Additional support is provided by honorary members, including Sri N. N. Khode, Honorary Secretary of the S.S.K. Central Panch Samiti, and Sri Phulendra O. Pawar, Secretary of the Mitra Mandali.
